『頭文字D THE ARCADE』ではより多くのお客様に楽しんでいただくため、プレイ規約を制定しています。
この度、以下の行為を運営にて確認しております。
・ゲームデータを不正に書き換える行為
・不正な手段でアイテムを獲得する行為
プレイ規約に基づき
・頭文字D THE ARCADE事務局が、正常なゲーム運営に影響があると判断した一切の行為
・故意にランキングを操作する行為
は重大な規約違反となります。
本行為に関しまして調査を行い、現在運営にて確認されているプレイヤーに対してアカウントの停止措置を実施いたします。
これらの行為が今後も見受けられる場合、該当する人物および該当する人物が関わった一部もしくは全てのプレイデータの削除等の対応を行う場合がある他、
さらなる法的措置を検討する場合がございますのでご了承ください。
今後も引き続き、プレイ規約違反者に関しまして調査や対処を行ってまいります。
そのような行為は行わないよう十分に注意し、公平なゲーム運営にご協力ください。

About unauthorized rewriting of game-data
Thank you for your continued support of INITIAL D THE ARCADE (hereinafter referred to as “DAC”).
To ensure that more players can enjoy “DAC”, we have established a set of Play Rules.
The following unauthorized actions have been confirmed by the operation team.
・Unauthorized rewriting of game-data
・Obtaining items through unauthorized means
These are serious violations of the Play Rules, as they conflict with the following:
・Any action that the DAC operation team deems to have an impact on the normal operation of the game.
・Intentional manipulation of rankings
We have conducted an investigation into these activities and will be suspending the players’ accounts who have been identified by the operations team as engaging in such conduct.
Should these activities continue to be observed in the future, we may take further measures, including the deletion of some or all play data associated with the individuals involved. Please also be advised that we may consider pursuing additional legal action as deemed necessary.
We will continue to investigate and take appropriate action against players who violate the Play Rules.
We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a fair gaming environment and remind all players to refrain from engaging in any prohibited activities.

營運團隊已確認下列未經授權的行為。
・以非正規方法更改遊戲數據。
・以非正規方法獲取遊戲中的道具物品。
這些都是嚴重違反遊戲規則的行為，因為它們違反了以下規定:
・DAC 營運團隊認為會影響遊戲正常運作的任何行為。
・故意操控排名。
我們已針對此類違規行為展開調查，並將對被判定涉及違規行為的玩家帳號進行停權處分。
若未來仍持續發現此類違規行為的話，我們將有機會採取進一步措施包括刪除相關玩家部分或全部的遊戲數據。如有需要的話，更會採取相關法律行動。
我們將持續調查並會對任何違反遊戲規則的玩家採取適當措施。
