日頃より、『頭文字D THE ARCADE』をご愛顧いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。
『頭文字D THE ARCADE』ではより多くのお客様に楽しんでいただくため、プレイ規約を制定しています。
この度、以下の行為を運営にて確認しております。
・正規の設置店舗以外からゲームをプレイする行為
・ゲームデータを不正に書き換える行為
プレイ規約に基づき
・頭文字D THE ARCADE事務局が、正常なゲーム運営に影響があると判断した一切の行為
・故意にランキングを操作する行為
・設置店舗の運営に支障が生じる可能性がある行為
は重大な規約違反となります。
「正規の設置店舗以外からゲームをプレイする行為」に関しまして調査を行い、現在運営にて確認されているプレイヤーに対して警告措置を実施いたします。
また、警告対象のプレイヤーが公式全国大会「公道最強決定戦2nd」海外オンライン予選上位入賞者に該当していたため、
今回及び今後の「頭文字D THE ARCADE 公式全国大会」への出場停止及びランキングの修正を行います。
修正後の大会出場者につきましては、後日大会公式サイトにて告知させて頂きます。
「ゲームデータを不正に書き換える行為」に関しまして調査を行い、現在運営にて確認されているプレイヤーに対してアカウントの停止措置を実施いたします。
これらの行為が今後も見受けられる場合、該当する人物および該当する人物が関わった一部もしくは全てのプレイデータの削除等の対応を行う場合がある他、
さらなる法的措置を検討する場合がございますのでご了承ください。
これらの行為につきましては開発にて明確に確認できた行為を対象に実施いたします。
個別にお問い合わせを頂いても対応できかねますので、予めご了承ください。
今後も引き続き、プレイ規約違反者に関しまして調査や対処を行ってまいります。
そのような行為は行わないよう十分に注意し、公平なゲーム運営にご協力ください。

About unauthorized game play and rewriting of play-data
Thank you very much for your continued support of “INITIAL D THE ARCADE” (Hereinafter “DAC”).
In order to ensure that as many players as possible can enjoy “DAC”, we have established the Play Rules in the past.
The following unauthorized actions have been confirmed by the operation team.
・Playing games from a location other than the store where the game-machines are duly implemented.
・Unauthorized rewriting of game-data
These are serious violations of the Play Rules, as they conflict with the following:
・Any action that the DAC operation team deems to have an impact on the normal operation of the game.
・Intentional manipulation of rankings
・Any activity that may interfere with the operation of the authorized installation store.
We will conduct an investigation into “Playing games from a location other than the store where the game-machines are duly implemented.” and will issue warnings to players who have been confirmed violating the term by operation team.
In addition, since there are some of the players who were subject to the warning exist in the top rankers in “The Overseas Online Preliminaries” of the official national tournament, those players will be suspended from participating in this and future “INITIAL D THE ARCADE Official National Tournaments”, and the ranking will be revised.
The corrected contestants for the tournament will be announced on the official website of the tournament at a later date.
We will conduct an investigation into “Unauthorized rewriting of game-data” and will suspend the accounts of players who have been confirmed violating the term by operation team.
If any of these actions are observed in the future, we may take action such as deleting all or part of the play data in which the person in question and was involved, and we may consider further legal action.
These penalties will be done to players whose violations are clearly identified by the operation team.
Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries.
We will continue to investigate and take action regarding violators of the Play Rules.
Please be careful not to commit any violations, and cooperate in the fair operation of the game.

關於違規遊戲行為及篡改遊戲數據的說明
非常感謝您一直以來對 INITIAL D THE ARCADE (以下簡稱為「DAC」)的支持。
為了讓更多玩家享受 DAC，我們在過去制定了一套遊戲規則。
營運團隊已確認下列未經授權的行為。
・在正規安裝遊戲機的店鋪以外的地點進行遊戲的行為。
・未經授權改寫遊戲數據的行為。
這些都是嚴重違反遊戲規則的行為，因為它們違反了以下規定:
・DAC 營運團隊認為會影響遊戲正常運作的任何行為。
・故意操控排名。
・任何可能干正規安裝遊戲機的店鋪運作的行為。
我們已對 「在正規安裝遊戲機的店鋪以外的地點進行遊戲的行為」展開調查，並將對經營運團隊確認違反條款的玩家發出警告。
此外，由於受到警告的有些玩家為官方全國大賽「海外線上預選」排名前列的玩家之一，因此我們將取消該玩家本次及未來「INITIAL D THE ARCADE 官方全國大賽」的參加資格，並修正排名。
糾正後的參賽選手將於稍後時間在官方全國大賽網站公佈。
我們已對「未經授權改寫遊戲數據的行為」展開調查，並將對經營運團隊確認違反條款的玩家實施帳號停權處分。
如果日後發現任何這些行為，我們可能會採取行動，例如刪除當事人及當事人涉及的全部或部分遊戲數據，並且我們可能會考慮採取進一步的法律行動。
這些懲罰將針對營運團隊明確辨識有違規行為的玩家實施。
